Full Service Wedding Planning
This is for the couple who wants to choose a theme and watch their vision come to life. Following an initial meeting in which we discuss your vision, expectations and budget, all you have to do is make the final decisions and leave the research, phone calls, and pricing negotiation to me. We will handle day of coordination of the wedding party, guests, all vendors and last minute needs. Basically, you just focus on who you want to be there to celebrate your love with your family and friends and leave the details to Celebrate Event Planning.
Partial Wedding Planning
This is for the couple who wants to make the choices on each aspect of their wedding without the hassle of research, pricing comparisons, and phone calls. When you choose partial event planning you can rest assured that we will work together to create the wedding you have envisioned. Celebrate Event Planning will handle the day of coordination while you enjoy your event knowing that all our preparation will come together as planned.
Day-Of Wedding Coordination
This is for the couple who wants to plan every detail themselves, but needs a coordinator to ensure the day unfolds as expected. Day of coordination includes organization of all bride and groom activities on the day of the event. We will handle all timing needs and keep everyone in the wedding party on schedule throughout the day. We will coordinate all vendors and any last minute needs as well as ensure that final payments are made. Our goal is to ensure that you are able to enjoy each other and your guests as your big day unfolds.
Invitations and Guest Management
This is an additional service for the couple who doesn’t want to spend the time working on save-the-dates, invitations, stamps, mailings, RSVP's and event seating. Should you choose to add this service to your planning package, you only have to decide who to invite and leave the stuffing of envelopes and seating charts to us.
